The Fluffiest High Protein Pancakes

It all begins with an idea.

Ingredients

  • 96 g oats

  • 9 g baking powder

  • 30 g protein powder

  • 150 g eggs (≈3 eggs)

  • 80 g Greek yogurt

  • 1 g vanilla extract

  • 20 g maple syrup

  • 14 g coconut oil

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour the batter into small pancakes.

  5. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and fluffy.

  6. Serve with your favourite toppings. Mine is mixing Skyr or Greek yogurt with Bulk’s vanilla whey protein powder, topping it with blueberries, banana, some chocolate chips and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup on top… YUM!
